While we work closely with reliable delivery partners, The WildHaven Co is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors. However, we will always assist in following up on your parcel.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
In the rare case that a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue. Resolution may include replacement or store credit depending on the outcome of the investigation.
