Refund policy

At The WildHaven Co, we are committed to providing high-quality products you’ll love. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.

1. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used or opened products. This applies to all lip glosses, lip oils, and related items.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We take full responsibility for any errors on our end. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly provide:

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

  • Your order details

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit equivalent to the value of the item

3. Refunds
Refunds are not offered for used or opened products. In approved cases (such as unavailable replacements), refunds may be issued via the original payment method or mobile money.

Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to be processed after approval.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to our error (damaged or incorrect order), we will cover any associated replacement costs.

  • We do not cover shipping costs for any other reason.
